Your domain name is online and working as you are able to see this page.

Just upload your files to the public_html folder which you will find in file manager in cpanel.  Or when connecting with FTP.

If you are using Frontpage or Publisher to upload it automatically will put them in the right place. ( No need to locate public_html folder)

Make sure your home page is named index.html and is uploaded. It will replace this page as your home page when you have it properly uploaded. Just hit refresh in your browser to see your home page.
